Consultation on 2,500 home plan for Chessington Green Belt

Chessington residents are being asked to help design plans for a new development that could see up to 2,500 new homes and a new 20-acre country park.

A 57-acre site situated to the north of Clayton Road and the south and east of the Kingston and Esher bypasses respectively, is owned by a company called Poppymill, which hopes to deliver a new community scheme called Hook Park.
