Why Hook Park?

Situated to the north of Clayton Road and the south and east of the Kingston and Esher Bypasses respectively, the site as a whole is 57 acres in size, none of which is currently accessible to the general public.

Whilst formally located in the Green Belt, a large portion of the land has already been built upon, and any ‘green’ land on the site is either severely compromised, unwelcoming or difficult to get to.

Development of this site would:

  • Bring beautiful homes at heights and densities in keeping with the local streetscape
  • Bring exemplary open green spaces for the whole community
  • Help to safeguard other land of higher quality in the Borough.

The 57 acre site has been assembled under one controlling interest by Poppymill, meaning that the vision can be delivered cohesively as one.
